#Meditation that makes you go ommmmmmm

AH! Just discovered this meditation earlier this week, and it is AWESOME! I study Zen Buddhism, and daily zazen (seated meditation) is one of the core principals. Keeps ya grounded - literally. 

Find a comfortable place to sit, grab a pair of headphones, noise isolating ones if you have them ... and play this video. Anytime a thought comes to your mind, let out a low resonating noise ... I usually say like ahhhhh or ommm ... but whatever you think works. It's not too loud, but it gets the job done. It'll only take you 10 minutes - but it'll be the BESTEST ESTEST ESTTEESSTTTT 10 minutes of your day. ENJOY!
