#NerdsUnite: Introducing social media's most wanted man (#stopkony)

Wow. Wow. Wow.

I got this video yesterday on my Facebook wall, via Facebook email, Facebook chat, tweeted to me, and finally this morning in emails. It's 30 minutes long so it took me a second - but I'm only 20 minutes in and I'm already writing about it because I was so UNBELIEVABLY moved.

From start to finish this video is flawless and if this story doesn't move you to take action - check your pulse, you might not be alive.

We are all connected now in social media in a great and wonderful way, but it is in instances like this that we can use these connections to truly make an impact and no longer turn a blinds eye to problems like this. We all have voices, and now we all have platforms (via social media) where we can speak and be heard by our peers; now is a time to speak up.

Jacob is our brother, these are our sisters ... please take 30 minutes out of your morning and watch this video; it is an incredibly important message.

Remember "where you live shouldn't determine whether you live."

Please spread the word on this video nerderinos ... incredibly. incredibly. incredibly powerful stuff.

KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice.

You're going DOWN KONY!!!!

#stopkony

Thank you all so so much for this video btw and for the emails, smoke signals, etc. This was such a moving film and I hope you all can RT, share, and repost the vid as well to spread the word. Namaste.
