The Fight Like A Girl Tournament, or FLAG for short; is an annual Halo tournament held over Xbox Live that raises money and awareness for breast and cervical cancer research. Started in 2006 by Kari Toyama (The Don Wan) and Tasha Pettengill (Zoom Demon). Every year since, hundreds of gamers come together one weekend in October, to have fun, play some games, and donate to the cause. You don't have to be a girl to enter the tournament, we just want you to play like one!

Words from Kari Toyama: "I was working at Safeway and they wanted me to help them bake cookies for their bake sale. I told them I don't f***ing bake cookies, I play video games! So I had an idea to host an online tournament to see if we could raise money that way."

The first year (2006) we raised $777 and had 86 participants.
Last year (2009) we had 200+ participants and raised over $6,000.

The available playlists for 2010 are:
- FFA
- Team Firefight (Highest score)
- Team Doubles
- Play With Bungie (2 player teams)

You don't have to be a girl to enter the tournament, we just want you to play like one! Stay tuned to http://www.flagtournament.com/ for further details! Don't forget to follow our Twitter and Facebook page.
