#NERDinNEED deserves TNTML indeed!!
And now ... a word from TNTML friend Dror,
hmmmmmmmm ... and why oh why should we vote for this pretty lady??
Well funny you should ask! Looky what I have here - her show pitch!
The growth of women in the workforce may be the single most important shift affecting our culture and relationships…setting expectations of employers, spouses, children, and most importantly, ourselves…shaping careers, choices in a mate, whether we have kids, and who stays home. We are wives, sisters, bosses, mothers, and friends, often in the same hour. BUT there is no talk show dedicated to that sweet spot - the integration of work and life - even though this is what many of us think about daily. I know I do. I’m a Marketing Consultant now, and it’s been my lifelong dream to create a talk show in service to today’s women, so we can work together to create fulfillment in all aspects of life. I’ve been preparing for years, I have an expertise in interviewing, and I am ready. I’m ready to find the solutions with you. I know that with your support, and Oprah and Mark Burnett behind us, we can start a new conversation that creates new ways of being in the world. Consider voting! Love
I have to be really honest with you - I hate it when women play the chick card. "The growth of women in the workforce?!" I really sincerely believe that we are the ones that hold ourselves down in life.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is going to stop me in being successful with this website. I already would deem it to be an incredible success - however, it is not because I am a chick. I just redefined liberation. We keep ourselves down with these labels we so love to place on things. Men don't keep women down in the workforce - we keep OURSELVES down. I have been sexually harassed in almost every job I have ever held - and what did I do about it? Become my own boss. Dude, I'll sexually harass myself thank you very much!!!
We aren't victims in life. We are merely prisoners of our own tortured mentality.
Go ahead, free your brain Elizabeth. I really dig your video, and you're a pretty hot potentially nerdy chick and all - but come on man, people are inspired by action and by being the change in life you want to see.
I'm ALWAYS down for celebrating awesomeness, but I'm not going to lie - this one is only getting a thumbs up because I heart Dror. #JustSayin
