Tomorrow morning (Thursday, June 10), our friends at FedEx will be making a visit to you (at approx. 10:30am) to deliver a package. Inside that package, you’ll find an AOL Lifestream Flip Cam with the following instructions for the next phase of the interview process (you guessed it, we want you to make a short video!).

MAKE A VIDEO (Extra points for creativity!)
1) Make a short (2 minutes or less) video of yourself, answering the following 3 questions:
· Tell us why you’re the best person for this job.
· What kind of role does social media play in your life?
· What excites you most about AOL Lifestream?
2) When you’re happy with the final product, upload your video (NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, 6/11, AT MIDNIGHT PACIFIC TIME) to the private YouTube account included below and title the video with your first and last name. If you’re chosen as one of our 3 finalists, we’ll take your video and post it to our website (http://ambassadoroflifestream.com) on Monday, June 14th, where the community will cast their votes for our final Ambassador of Lifestream hire!
3) Keep the Flip Cam, it’s just a little “congrats” from us for making it this far!

DUDE!!! What they aren't mentioning is that they want to hook us up in a luxury apt in San Fran and NYC for the summer living a bi-coastal life COMPLETELY hooked up with an expense account and all the nerdy tools our hearts could POSSIBLY desire.

I then tested out their platform today, while I was in the middle of the desert ...
It's pretty gnarly. It kinda seems just like ping tho. I have a few ideas for them that I KNOW would be totally rock block sockin jockin!!! =)
Wow - even just this opportunity though is SOO incredible!! I just believe in this so d@mn much! I LITERALLY gave up everything I owned, became a corporate sponsored minimalist - slept in the Fiesta for 2 weeks, and am now crashing at a friend's pad coming up with gnarly marketing campaigns to help launch his entertainment company. I refuse. refuse. refuse. to spend 1 SECOND of the day being miserable. I am SOOOOOOOOOOO incredibly passionate about everything social media, I just ADORE what I do - and only want to deal with people that "get" even 1% of this, and aren't just trying to "buy" their way in. I can't be bought ... but I can be corporate sponsored using a nerd approved platform!
I have to thank Shawn again though. This opportunity came from that tweet. I had NO idea that AOL was running a program like this ... SEE nerds!! We can make a HUGE difference in someone's life without even realizing it. It really is the little things ... that's all wez got yooo!!
