#TED: How Great Leaders Inspire Action

I have had 4 different people send this video to me in the last 24 hours. First and foremost, thank you ... it is incredibly flattering. And yes, I agree with the video. I started by finding my passion. Being a marketer certainly didn't hurt my cause ... however, I eat. sleep. and breathe. this because I friggen LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! =)
