"TROLL"

Definition: Internet troublemaker.  Usually a person who goes onto social media websites (on-line discussion forums, chat rooms and blogs) under several different false identities and posts inflammatory messages with the primary intent to make innocent users either angry or sad.  The "troll" targets individuals who he considers weak.  He will usually lie to others in attempt to recruit their assistance in ganging up on an innocent user.  He will even spread false rumors about the innocent user in the on-line community in an attempt to embarrass him/her.  The "troll" is usually a coward who hides behind his computer screen, confident that he'll never be punished for his misdeeds.  He is usually arrogant and has a superiority complex towards authority figures and his elders.
